Recap: Last week, our colleagues Yasmine Azzaoui and Konstantin Schallmoser traveled from Paris to Ludwigshafen to give a presentation on the legal framework of preclusion before the UPC, supported by case studies that illustrated key aspects of this issue. The event was organized by the VPP e.V. Regional Group Mitte-Süd and took place at BASF headquarters.
