This year’s first edition of Wolters Kluwer’s EPLP has been published!
Our colleague Yasmine Azzaoui contributed an article titled “The Case Law of the Unified Patent Court from 1 August to 30 November 2025.” The report reviews UPC decisions during this period.
The Court continued to clarify and develop both procedural rules and substantive patent law. In particular, two November rulings from the Court of Appeal offered early guidance on how to assess inventive step.
