Our colleague Dr. Sarah Salaschek contributed the article “EU Pharma Package – Key Changes and Potential Impacts for the Life Science Industry,” analysing the key elements of this major EU pharmaceutical reform and its implications for innovation, access to medicines, antimicrobial resistance, and regulatory procedures.

Daniel Hoppe wrote the editorial “Germany’s Success in the UPC: A Strength or a Threat to the System?” exploring whether the strong role of German divisions within the UPC represents a challenge or a strength. He also contributed a review of “Unified Patent Court Procedure” by Christof Augenstein, Sabine Agé and Alex Wilson.
