At our IP breakfast yesterday, our colleague Yasmine Azzaoui (Bonabry, Paris) delivered a presentation on the similarities and differences between the French and German approaches on interpreting and litigating patents. Her talk was titled: "Croissants, Pretzels and Patent Law: A Franco-German Breakfast on Interpreting and Litigating Patents".
