Our partner Konstantin Schallmoser is participating in the event series “Praxis des Immaterialgüterrechts in Europa 2025 (Intellectual Property Law Practice in Europe 2025)” in Zurich led by Michael Ritscher and organized by Christoph Gasser. The conference is organized annually by INGRES - Institute for Industrial Property Rights and highlights the latest developments in IP law. Together with representatives from public authorities, industry, courts, and the legal profession, claims for financial compensation will be discussed and comparisons with Swiss law will be made.
