The German Federal Court of Justice (BGH) has confirmed that the judgment issued by the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg (OLG Hamburg) in December of last year in favor of our client is now final and legally binding (decision of July 30, 2026, I ZR 13/26).

The courts held that Besonderes4Kids' "MeinKreativStein" does not infringe the rights associated with Stapelstein GmbH's "Stapelstein," bringing this matter to a definitive close after five years of litigation.
