The case Besonderes4Kids and their product "MeinKreativStein" was argued again yesterday at the Hamburg Higher Regional Court (OLG Hamburg).

Following an intense hearing in April, where the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) announced their decision, setting aside the OLG Hamburg’s judgment, the case has been referred back to the OLG Hamburg for re-examination.

After more than four years of intensive legal proceedings and 14 court instances in main and ancillary proceedings, we are looking forward to the Higher Regional Court's decision in December with great expectations.
