After an intense hearing, the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) has just announced their decision, setting aside the Hamburg Higher Regional Court‘s (OLG Hamburg) judgment. As a result, the case has been referred back to the OLG Hamburg for re-examination in the near future. This marks a significant milestone for our client Besonderes4Kids and their product "MeinKreativStein". The full reasoning behind the BGH's decision will be available in a few weeks.
