We are delighted to welcome patent attorneys Dr. Alexander Wittkopp and Dr. Malte von Seebach as partners, together with four further patent attorneys and their support team. Our combined team will comprise more than 20 IP litigation fee earners.

The merger significantly expands our capabilities in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector and further strengthens our offering to generic manufacturers and other companies facing complex patent disputes.

We already have a strong track record of working together, including our ongoing representation of Stada against Sanofi before the UPC in the cabazitaxel dispute.

Our new combined Hamburg team will move to Bornhold Haus, Neuer Wall 80, in December 2026. We also plan to establish a presence in Milan, further strengthening our UPC footprint.
