Last Thursday (April 3, 2025), the annual IP Conference, organized by BVMW and Anaqua, took place in Munich and online. Centered around the theme “IP in Focus: New Challenges, Perspectives, and Opportunities,” the event featured a well-rounded mix of presentations, panel discussions, and networking sessions, bringing together experts and professionals from across the IP landscape.

Our partner Konstantin Schallmoser attended in person and, together with Andreas Haberl, delivered a presentation titled “Two Years of the Unified Patent Court – Initial Reflections and Future Outlook.” They highlighted key developments and shared insights into the future of this European institution.
