The 7th Edition of the Annual Conference on Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and FRAND, co-organised by APEB and LES France, will be held on 16 January 2025.

Our partners Carl-Alexander Dinges and Konstantin Schallmoser will be there to get in touch. The program contains the traditional judges' roundtable, featuring the authors of several of the recent landmark decisions in this space, again this year. The conference will be followed by a cocktail reception.
